Returns & Exchanges

SŪD has a 7 days return policy, which means you must request and ship / postmark the order back to our return centre within 7 days. The item(s) must be sent in their original condition, including the packaging, accessories, tag, etc. If you would like to request a return, please send us an email to sudfeeling@gmail.com with your email address and order number. Once you have submitted your request, return instructions will be sent to you within 48 hours. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. Any parcel returned after the prescribed time frame shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of products are borne by the sender. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. SŪD reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a product in a different colour or size, place a new order and contact us to manage the return of your previous order.
