Shipping & Delivery

Orders received during normal business hours are processed for shipment within 24 hours (up to 48 hours during busy launch or sale periods). We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed. Orders placed online typically arrive within 7/10 business days from the date when the order is confirmed. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by email.

The exact shipping costs are calculated at the checkout page based on the weight and size of the items selected. All shipments are sent with express delivery, a tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation email. We offer worldwide shipping.

All shipments are entitled to import taxes and duty fees. Our international delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. SŪD has no control over this and can not be held as responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. In accordance with export regulations, SŪD is required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties or refuses the delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned and the order will be refunded once the item has returned, excluding return shipping fee, original shipping fee, and a 100€ handling and restocking fee. Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through SŪD. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
